About Me
I am Zarsha Sarfraz, student of Nutrition Sciences. I am from Pakistan. I am living with a goal to eradicate malnutrition from this world and to raise awareness regarding nutrition. I have a dream that each and every person on this Earth will have knowledge regarding nutrition. My philosophy about eating and exercise is that both are needed to live a satisfying and gratifying life. I am continuously working to listen to my body and eat healthy, and I work even harder to develop new fitness goals.
This blog was created out of a passion for food, nutrition and health. It is meant to serve as a platform where I can share pieces of my life with you, ranging from different benefits of foods, recipes and fitness and general life ponderings. I like to keep myself busy, and I look forward to share more on all of these topics.

It provides you nutritional counselling through blogs based on nutrition facts. It takes you beyond the food, and helps you to build a long lasting relationship with food.
According to 2017 global nutrition report, 2 billion people worldwide lack micronutrients like iron and vitamin A. 155 million children are stunted. 52 million children are wasted. 2 billion adults are obese. 41 million children are overweight. 88% of the countries are facing either two or three forms of malnutrition. Keeping in mind these facts and figures nutritional awareness is very much important worldwide.
Our purpose is to promote health through food and nutrition. We:
